"Terrible service. We eat out a lot and this was the worst experience ever. If you get the Asian lady do yourself a favor and request another server. Rude with an attitude. Came across as almost hostile and uncaring. She brought the wrong bottle of wine to the table and had to take it back. Things went downhill from there. Her unfriendly attitude was apparent at other tables as well. The food was mediocre at best. Dinners arrived at our table literally within a couple of minutes of placing our order. How is that even possible especially when this place calls itself homemade Italian food? A fast food restaurant can't even get food to a customer that quickly! A bad experience and will definitely never go back. There are too many other choices if you want authentic homemade Italian food."

"Fun atmosphere for children and adults. Food is delicious and very cheap! Very rare I visited a restaurant more than once on a business trip, but I came here 3 nights for dinner! The cream puppets are amazing, a must try for dessert!"

"Arguably the worst restaurant experience I have had when factoring in pricing and expectations. We should have listened to the reviews on here about the service before booking a Saturday night reservation. The location is amazing but that it quite literally it. The server we had did not care at all. Not only about us but the people who sat next to us who were not greeted for 30 mins even after going up to the hostess 2x. He never checked in when he made numerous mistakes and forgot things he laughed it off and did not apologize. All of this for the most expensive place in town. All of this could have been spared by some solid food and drinks.... Some flavorless chicken, cold sides and bland pasta to top it off. Our Mai tais were bad too. I'm sure there were better menu options so this might not be represitivr of the food as a whole however if you are looking for a nice place to for a date . Don't come here. The staff does not care. What a waste of a nice spot on the water. What a shame."
