"We were at the Ratskeller for five tonight. I can only say; Price- performance ratio absolutely fine. Saving a bit too soft, but tastefully very good. Even the potatoes had taste, which is unfortunately increasingly rare. The Grauburgender matched the taste and the price. Waitress Sabrina was a little overwhelmed with us and the criticism about the soft asparagus, but did not try to get noticed. The soft asparagus would like the older regular customers the same, but if we say next time before, we would know al-dente good. ; Also the other dishes; Roulade, Rumpsteak and the ham to the asparagus absolutely ok. The host, Horst, who got away with us being an actor and having a guest game here, made it crash again. Snaps and beer With our tour through the Republic, this restaurant is one of the best to see everything together. If I come back to Nienburg, my first start address."
