"I booked by phone for 5 people and had a very good feeling. the man told me the different roughness of the house and I booked the 'gourmet restaurant' with table outside to enjoy the magnificent view. tja - we arrived, and the table on the terrace was then the outside at the entrance, practically on the road! no - no - so if we want to sit out with a view, then it went down to a nice terrace but to the restaurant bistro. we were so happy with it. the service was glorifying! finally, half an hour (no sweat) took it to get a drink. then we waited for further operation. it seems that the waitresses were trained to see about the customers! Eat there was say and write only at eight o'clock, we were there at 6:30! we came a long way because we had read the beautiful annonce in the "bergischer magazin - schau ins land" and had presented us a lot about the 'restaurant pfaffenberg'. precious what it wanted was our motto!. the food itself, I had the roughened trout as an appetizer, which was lala it was missing more merettich and perhaps a nice little toast with butter. then we sat before our empty tellers and waited on. when said and the waitress our knives and forked to keep, they would only dare the tellers. I said, "What, with the fish knife should I eat my steak now - not really? so we got clean cut! the entrecote steak was a catastrophe - thick, various stubble that hung together with skin and zaeh, I took a long time on a stubborn until I read it - and that for €26.00? we were glad to get 21.08 the bill to start our home trip. we like to give out the double for what was praised to us but pfaffenberg was a pure fall!"

"We had landed on the recommendation of tripadvisor there with our two little ones. the first impression was more moderate, both from service and device. then we were surprised very positiw: eating was very good for a snack, by no means standard from the bag soup and ketchup bottle, and the wetsmen very attentive, even to our youngs. they also tasted it, and that with great praises."
