"One of the better German places in the city, its authentic but a little down. Service is good, but this place is not as good as I am back in Cincinnati where they have tons of great German delis and restaurants. I have eaten in four other German places since then, altogether when your German food in Colorado Springs I propose to go here."

"Absolutely delicious! This place will inspire you. The food is top notch and the service is excellent from the moment you go. Jen was our server and she was fantastic. We were 5 adults and every single dish we ordered was excellent. Chef Victor came at the table to welcome us and he is extremely warm and knowledgeable. His wife Brenda runs in front of the house and she is absolutely beautiful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great overall experience. We had the Chilean lake bass and rack of lamb both cooked for perfection. Goat croketts are not to be missed and make sure you have the feta bread pudding. We will certainly return again and again as we have just found our favorite restaurant."

"We were in town visiting family. My husband is a huge Diner, Drive Ins Dives fan. He always tries to find one place for us to go that was on the show. I was pleasantly surprised. The seating was outside. A It was a little hot but cooled off as sun went down. The food was fantastic. It was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The service though made this 5 stars. Very friendly, approachable and you can tell they are very happy to be in this business. The service alone makes this worth a try. The great food is an added bonus."

"A little unorganized with their guest/seat situation. I stood there for a few minutes before I was recognized, and then 2 different people tried to put us. My husband loved the shrimp appetizer, but for $15 expected more than 3 shrimps. Both Entrees were over boiled and the Mac and cheese that the server passed was the best in the city was not where near the best somewhere? it had ZERO season. Adding salt did nothing, it tasted like nothing. My steak was a bit cooked, but it was edible. The potatoes were good, but I wish they weren't under the steak, it was just bloody and greasy from the meat. My husband's fish was okay, but he didn't understand the asparagus. Maybe it was a free day, but I would never pay $100 for it again. The server was also very nice and attentive. The food took something so we didn't want to wait for them to recover everything. She saw that we both barely touched our Mac cheese, and seemed surprised that we didn't want to pack it, but didn't ask."
