"We were a group of friends for diner. Excited to try this place which we heard lots of good things about. Sadly, our experience was rather terrible. We were given no choice then to opt for a set menu because we were supposedly a big...group with no other option then meat. The meat arrived bloody when we specifically asked tor it to be cooked medium. The side dishes were poor, tiny portions of cold vegetables, fries, and a rather disappointing bearnaise. We were sent 2 assortments of deserts which they decided on as well. Each desert was charged individually. A bit weird for a set menu? Not to mention how actually horrible they were. The brownie was cold, the crumble was well everything but a crumble. To top it all up, the bill arrived and we were charged 180 euro per person. Service was poor, management was misleading. At the end, we all felt taken advantage of. Shameful for a restaurant of this standing. We could’ve actually opted for an a la carte menu, but seemed they had other plans. Lets charge them the highest amount for the least effort given."

"Die Karte besteht v.a. auch lokalen Gerichten. Ein schönes altes Gebäude, das tlw. innen etwas "verunstaltet" wurde. Service ok. Leider ist die Liebe zum Detail nicht immer gegeben. Die Kartoffeln im Tiroler Gröstl waren nur halbgar."

"Habe bei der Anfahrt in meine Skiferien dort ganz schnell angehalten. Es war Mittag und ich hatte Hunger und wollte die Beine lockern. War bereits vor zwei Jahren dort eingekehrt. Die Speise - Karte ist übersichtlich und vielschichtig, lokale Gerichte sind vorwiegend, die Preise moderat, der Service schnell und freundlich. Aber die ganze Umgebung wirkt kühl, obwohl mit der vielschichtigen Dekoration Gemühtlichkeit erzeugt wird. Die Portionen sind sehr gross. Halbe Portion hat mir bei weitem gereicht. Es geht schnell. Aber, ich bin mir nicht sicher ob alles frisch zubereitet ist! Könnte es TK - Kost sein?"

"We ate at Fuhrmann Stube on our first night, being fairly close to our hotel. It was busy but service was good and efficient. A couple, we shared a table, which was quite usual. Food was good traditional local fayre, with a good range of choice and we were pleasnatly surprised when the bill came. We were happy to return on the last night of our stay and would be happy to eat there again in future. It's not a gourmet place, but serves well cooked and presented good value food."

"We verbleven in een ander hotel in Stuben (Mondschein) maar zijn voor een authentieke kaasfondue naar het restaurant van viersterrenhotel Hubertushof gegaan. Wel van tevoren even checken of er die dag kaasfondue mogelijk is, want staat niet standaard op de kaart.Fondue was heerlijk! Mooi verzorgd inclusief amuse, zeer prettige bediening en hele mooie wijnkaart. Een aanrader!"

"Wir waren im Rahmen unseres Winterurlaubs hier. Die Auswahl des Restaurants war rein zufällig, da das Restaurantangebot in Stuben äußerst überschaubar ist. Wir waren aber angetan vom Essen, der sehr ambitionierten Weinkarte und dem freundlichen Service."

"Stopped while taking the scenic route to Innsbruck as the tunnel road was closed. The Rasthaus is at the pull off area as you traverse the pass. We had kaffee, salted pretzel and a schnitzel burger. An overflowing schnitzel on a burger bun with lettuce and tomato. The sandwich was excellent, the kaffee fresh and the pretzel was perfect. Would stop again and definitely recommend."
