"I took my children for an early lunch. We were seated within minutes and given some crayons for the children to entertain themselves. Other people came in after us and were seated and orders taken. In the meantime, we waited for a further 15 minutes before giving up in disgust. Prices for three pancakes was just under $17, which was way too expensive. It’s no longer the nice drop in location it used to be."

"This place seems to exist primarily to service the employees of the many industries in the area. Frankly, I wish I'd left it to them! It's a cold and not very welcoming place with a minimal range of items in the bain-marie (fried rice, stir-fries etc) plus a sandwich bar. I ordered a schnitzel sandwich and coffee. The coffee was fine but the sandwich was dry and tasteless (both the bread and the filling). Surprisingly, they must be the only 'workers cafe' in Melbourne that doesn't put out a few newspapers for customers. They have them - but only for sale."
