"The cultural city of Aschaffenburg offers a pleasant and interesting stay. "We didn't expect to stay at Hotel Wilder Mann, but due to an annoying overbooking at our hotel, we were there! The change of plans meant that all the restaurants I had explored were from our hiking area. We decided to give up for the day and eat at the hotel, which was a big decision! The restaurant is small but comfortable, with perfect service. I had a seasonal asparagus carving dish with sweet potatoes, and my husband had served a dish of three grilled meat in Gravy with the best roasted potatoes we ever had. (I wish I knew the exact name he was talking about! Portions were generous and quite expensive. It's a missed jewel!"
