"Descent small town bbq joint. Brisket was moist and tender. It was the best part of the meal. Sausage was just ok. Didn't hold together when you cut into it. Casing had no snap. Taste was good though. Mac and cheese was just a little better than Kraft. Salad was fresh."

"I took my brother to Wendy today and wanted to use a gift card. The card scanner didn't work properly. After trying to run my gift card, the manager said, Josh, he would only charge me half the price. Then he came to our table and refunded our food. He was very apologetic for the card scanner not working and that when a customer comes in planning to use a gift card that it is a warranty. Great business, food and staff. Because of today, I want to eat regularly at Wendy. Thank you."

"Stopped by for lunch. The restaurant is visually appealing and their daily menu looked interesting but they are not ready for prime time. Service is fine but meal prep was very slow. Not what I expected at lunch time. Fried collard greens served with meatloaf were crispy and looked good but were very much over salted. The plated meal had excess grease in the plate. The pulled pork hot tamale was somewht bland and could not be cut with a fork as the masa coating was left on the grill too long. The bottom was virtually inedible as the masa was scorched and stiff. If other customers have had similar experiences there then it would explain the lack of business during what would normally be the lunch rush. I hope they can overcome these deficiencies so they can live up to their potential."
