"Unfortunately this could have been a good experience but in a half empty restaurant on a weeknight, my husband and I were treated like an after thought right from the start. When seated, we were offered water, and assumed someone would be back to take our drink order not long after. Instead, another party was seated after us, where they took their drink order and served them before us. We had to track someone down to order drinks. Then we noticed every other table was being served bread without asking. We had to ask for bread as well. When my meal came out, it was under cooked to my preference. They did promptly take it back and replated it at the correct temperate. The food was very good, but the service was really poor, especially when it wasn’t a busy evening. For the value, we really felt we could have had better service elsewhere."

"Ate here for the first time a week or so ago. Had wonderful food and great drinks. Food came out so quickly! The waiter and busser were awesome! I would highly recommend their chips and salsa, as they have a delightful variety of salsas! Theguacamole was also good. The tacos are smaller and come out in a platter, recommend trying two or three different ones. And ofcourse, don?t forget to have the sopapillas. They are light and fluffy. The margaritas are freshly made with fresh limes andyou can definitely taste the quality."

"This was my 4th time eating here, and I would say it's consistently good. We had a job candidate visiting from out of town and wanted someplace that had good food, on/near Pearl but wasn't TOO LOUD so we could talk (like many places I could name . The menu changes regularly so whatever is online may be just an example. I had the Amberjack (Yellowtail and it was perfectly grilled and place on top of a bed of crunchy farro which was a nice touch. I think they cooked the farro and then finished it off on the griddle (or maybe baked it? to give some of them some crunchiness and they then added in some grilled peaches. It also had a nice tart (lime/green tomato? dollop of chimichurri sauce. I would say this is more of a single person rather than shared dish. I also had the Cavatelli with wild shrimp, sungold tomatoes, and pesto which was a perfect summer dish. Very rich, probably best shared with several people, I ended up taking half home because I was pretty full after the Amberjack. One of our group also had the Socca with corn, beets, Swiss chard, and spiced yogurt. Socca is a sort of chickpea flatbread popular in southern France and neighboring Liguria. I forgot to ask her how it was, but her (pretty large serving was gone before I had finished mine, so I guess she liked it! The noise level was moderate. Not quiet, but not so loud we couldn't hear one another. The service is always great. Consistently good go-to place on Pearl."
