"I love this place! the server are the most friendly people and very hard workers. eating is always a! we love the breakfast there and last night decided to taste their pizza. it was delicious! it had a lot of cheese and this house made type crust. so good! the prices are also always great! we were halfway through the pizza before I thought to make the picture! you can still see how great it looks!"

"The server saved this review only reason i gave the stars she was great Maddie did everything she cld to make our dining experience enjoyable i’ll start off by saying this i checked in at the host stand 6:38 pm was told a forty min wait i said that’s okay so i loafed around the dock waitin to be buzzed 80 mins later the manager asked if we had been seated yet we told her no an she had us seated promptly but they had sat a 15 top previously anyway 30 min passes we get apps an then 30 mins we get our food my daughters buffalo wrap had to be made three times once they put slaw on it again they made it with shrimp an on the third time they actually got it right my wife ordered the salmon an fries an instead she got coleslaw instead of fries my father in law got catfish an fries both was cold my buddie james got catfish an fries an never received his fries i ordered the chicken an waffles an gator tail bites an what really shocked me was my bill it was 229 after all the mistakes to put it polite an the wait. Sad thing is we own property nearby and we will never be back to this restaurant thank you again to the server Maddie"

"We spent a few days at Sunset Marina fishing. The first day we tried 2 different restaurants and both were horrible. We found this place on our second day heading back to our motel. My hopes were not high considering the other places in the area. However this place was a home run! They have a salad bar with everything imaginable and all of it was fresh! They even make their own Ranch dressing! My husband ordered the hamburger steak with fries and a one trip salad. I ordered the salad bar and an order of cheese sticks. He said his hamburger steak was the best he ever had and my $6 cheese sticks were a 12 inch cheese pizza cut into strips. So delicious. We even went back the next morning for breakfast! Our breakfast was just as amazing and I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy and the French toast! This place is a must for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Great variety, homemade items, and reasonably priced!"

"Best marina on DHL! They have hundreds of boat slips available for annual lease and or temporary storage while you visit the lake. Sunset offers all the accommodations and amenities you could ask for. If you stay on the water, they offer several non-ethanol fuel options to keep your marine engine running as it should for about $1 more than nearby gas stations. The staff at the marina is very friendly and helpful in anything you need. The restaurant is seasonal and is very good. I reviewed it previously if you search for Pier 42 restaurant ."
