"Whilst it was NYE. The service was lacking. Coke was flat. Couldn't make any changes to the meal choice. I wanted beef and cashew nut instead of chicken but NO that couldn't be done. No apology for long delays in serving food due to numerous...takeaways which seemed to take presidence over diners sat in restaurant. Absolutely NO customer service. Very disappointed, we had a choice of eating places but we choose Eatzen which was a huge mistake. Maybe if staff told guests there would be a delay it would of made things a bit more palatable. I won't be returning or recommending again."

"Massive cod fillet beer batter chips peas salad £8.95 If you eat all I'll be surprised I left batter and replaced it with a pint fellinfoyle!! Tidy clean friendly pub with a reputation for massive meals I concur Next time won't have lunch prior!"
