"I visited The Tasting Room for the first time a couple weeks ago. As soon as I walked in I was impressed by the beautiful scenery and decor, as well as the prompt and courteous service. Dani greeted us with a genuine smile and directed us to our table. She brought waters and recommended Moscato wine for me and the strawberry mossie to my friend. Both were excellent. She also suggested we have the pretzel appetizer, it was delicious! She was very attentive throughout our entire experience, as well as friendly and super funny. She never came to our table without a smile on her face. She told me her favorite item on the menu was the pork chop. I don't usually eat pork, but I decided to try it and I'm glad I did. It was cooked perfectly. She also told me about the corn chow. I was skeptical, but it was also very good! At the end, my friend wanted dessert. Dani recommended the bread pudding. I have never been a fan of bread pudding before, but this was one of the best desserts I've ever had! All of Dani's recommendations were perfect, and I never felt like she was being overbearing or trying to push me to spend more money. My friend and I made small talk with the table next to us who was also served by Dani and they agreed that she did an outstanding job. I've never left a Google review before, but I felt like she deserved to be recognized for her incredible service. Once we were done, Dani chatted with us a little and told us about the cave. We walked down and looked at it. It was beautiful! All in all, my experience at The Tasting Room was one of the best experiences I've had in a restaurant. My friend and I had a wonderful time and we plan to come back and ask for Dani next time we are in the area."

"Last night we ordered 2 pizzas online. we have taken the deal in the app for 1 pizza at $15.99 a 2. for $7. we ordered re we d the brisket as 1st choice and supreme for 2. all our contact data transferred into the load, so if we arrive, pick up the young lady behind the theke in at all not pleasant, if she and the person who pizza both do not offer excuses or solution or explanation, why we were not contacted before they arrive that rhebrisket was not available due to out of stock. there is no excuse for the complete lack of professionalism or disregard for customer service. pizza is not a great transaction, but it is the inadequate and basic understanding of conflict solution. if we had been notified by brisketgate 2022, we would have chosen an alternative. Now it seems that casey’s famous for pizza,? depends only on personalization. her location was my way to pizza and now this is the third problem with an order, so I think it's time to try another brand totally."
