"I can’t rate the food highly enough, all our dinner choices were delicious as well as the breads to start and desserts! We ordered the lamb, pork belly, burgers, but the beef short rib was the best! I don’t think I have rated a restaurant before, but my husband said that I needed to as he was blown away by the quality, presentation and service. In our mind nothing let this restaurant down. We will be back!"

"Seriously outstanding service last night for our group booking at the strong room. The waitress was absolutely lovely and had an insane memory. Without taking our order on a notebook we wondered if there would be some errors... not a single error and she remembered everyone's orders and who they were and what they got. Super impressed. As always, food was absolutely lovely and drinks were delicious."

"The food is exceptional and service impeccable. All of our party of 8 were well fed and contented, especially the 2 y.o. who stuffed herself on mac-n-cheese, chips and ice cream. The great Guinness is just a bonus."

"Great food and a really good selection of GF for my friend. Service was good at the counter but, like many places, food and drinks were served across people who were already served. The finer arts of 'waiting ' is not common in this setting. 3 areas to eat .. .. outside, up front in the main service area and down the corridor to an inner seating area. This area was dark and echoey, but the all-over atmosphere was fine. Plain wooden seating, take a cushion if you need comfort for your rear. All in all, I 'd be happy to eat here again."
