"I like Courtepaille yes they are a chain, but one of the better ones in my opinion. The food is grilled over flame in a large pit in the restaurant. Essentially steaks, but sauasages, duck breasts or legs, and fish en papillotte all grilled over the flames. Upon being seated a complimentary green salad is served to everyone a nice touch. Visited on a Sunday lunch time very full and staff were busy, but service level was fine, no complaints. Ordered the duck breast with a baked potato. Delicious, superbly cooked. Happy to return."

"Hidden gem between Arras and Douai. For those driving the A1, it's totally worth the small detour. I have never been disappointed by the food or the service. Call ahead for reservations due to limited seating."
