"Today for the first time visited booths and have to say that we are back in any case. the shop is large and well equipped, but we especially loved the restaurant, it is also large and spacious with tables and chairs if you want to eat a meal, but there are also comfortable sessel and sofas if you want to relax and enjoy a coffee. the staff is very helpful and friendly. all in all a great sound, we know where we will eat next time when we are in the opposite."

"Many of my fellow guests were made very ill. Someone overheard the staff saying that they found something in the pipes of the drinks that was making people ill. This is disgusting and a serious health hazard. Some of the people made ill were very old and frail. Myself and the other vegans were presented with non vegan desserts. The staff member was not apologetic or compassionate and insisted they were not told we were vegan even though the bride had told them in advance and I had requested vegan butter before any food was served. Luckily I questioned the apple crumble and warned the other vegans but I worry there may have been dairy in the starters and mains which had already been consumed by that point. One of the vegan children was presented with his meal, topped with dairy cheese, so he could not eat it. This is awful service and a serious risk to people's health when they have informed the hotel of allergies and dietary requirements but these were ignored. There was a used spoon and old wrappers on the floor of our room which were not ours. The room had clearly not been cleaned thoroughly before we checked in. It would be great to hear back from management what they are going to do about these serious errors made by hotel staff. Safety: Myself and the other vegans were presented with non vegan desserts.
