"I visited this restaurant today on the recommendation of my hotel. The food was excellent and I chose a very good bottle of wine intending to return this evening. However I was placed opposite a door from which a large group of children continued to go out and come in throughout the meal banging the door every time and the parents and the owner saying nothing. Finally after 2.5 hours I had enough. I had a headache and my lunchtime ruined by the owner and the parents of the children did not care. In addition the credit card machine did not work so I had to pay in cash, a current occurrence since cash is preferred. I live in Italy so am accustomed to eating in restaurants that are full of families that are vivacious and noisy but the lack of consideration here was unusual and unacceptable."

"The atmosphere is really nice, we ate outside. The waiter (middle age man) was helpful to let us choose what we wanted. He took us to see bottles of wines from Calabria (and share differences), he showed us the different pieces of meat and explained us possible options of cooking them to meet our needs. We did not have fish, but we saw it in the fridge and was clearly extremely fresh (day catch). We only had first and second dish as portions are big. The dishes were outstanding. Excellent value for money (also for the wine compared to many other places)."
