"I love their food been going to then since they were on Old University Ave. Some dishes has changed which sucks. But this visit one of the dishes was horrible the chicken had a lot of fat on it. So didn't eat it. Server never asked how it was."

"Tried food from the Jakarta BBQ Station as they came to my place of work and regretting it. Ordered the combination special which was pork, chicken on mac cheese. The chicken was the worst I've had. There was no flavor at all and it seemed like it was cooked in a pressure cooker with no seasoning. The pork did not have much flavor either. The meat would have probably been better if they cooked it in the BBQ sauce. Mac and cheese was the best part which is sad because BBQ is all about meat/flavor. Only giving two stars due to portion size/mac and cheese. Would not try it again."

"I was planning an event here and the professionalism was not very good. I came to the venue early to get an ideal of how the place would look. The staff present could not speak English well, looked overworked and were upset with many of my questions I asked. When I requested a manager I interpreted from the woman's body language no one was there. The karaoke rooms look old and very much outdated. Its a shame as a patron what I had to go through to have an event here, due to the language barriers, unprofessionalism and miscommunication on my reserved slot I canceled altogether. Manager needs to do better. The lady who I spoke with looked so stressed, poor lady I feel for her."
