"We were looking for a cafe for breakfast this morning and we decided to try out Pineapple Express with its fresh look and feels. Very disappointed with the glum service and every table were yet to be cleaned. We took the only one table with no eaten dishes on it and had to wipe up the stickyness and dropped food ourselves. Not very pleased. Food came out looking great though, service not so much..."

"The day we were in town, there weren't many options open for dinner. So we tried this restaurant. It was ok, but I probably wouldn't go back in a hurry. We found the food lacked seasoning and was a bit plain. A bowl of rice was very expensive when we compared it to Melbourne restaurant. It was actually expensive all around. The locals seem to like it as it was fairly consistent with takeaway. Maybe we are just use to Melbourne restaurants. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3"

"The food served on cold plates so that the risotto was cold. The Portobello mushrooms were very small for 28 AUD. Carafe of the house white 65 AUD. Wine and food over price. Modern and beautiful looking restaurant, but the food was overwhelming. The restaurant was really cold and when I asked if they could shut off the air cone, I said it was not and it is winter.... yes it is winter so to close the door or some heating."

"Great friendly staff nice n clean but authentic Chinese food the garlic prawns are to die for as is the beef with black bean, the cashew chicken and friend rice the cook here never fails to deliver a great meal weather it's eat in or takeaway. I've been here a few times and never disappointed me ever if your near this restaurant drop in and see these people they are great"

"Lunches for people, they felt the pressure as the service was a little slow with several other tables also to serve. that is very the definition of a small company that owner slash koch Slash band tried his hardest to let everything go, with only one other employee also running there feet. the support of small businesses where we are patient, and as long as they are not on a certain timeline like a break, eating was worth the wait. of delicious red curry and simply Thai pork eating was fresh and tasty. the fish special was amazing. I'm sorry we all dug in after that. each with a smile and no complaining with the quality....hunger can have...more"

"We had an upbeat, attentive waitress. Lovely. Our sweet potato waffle with guacamole and bacon, not as lovely. Time to change the oil in the fryers LK. Could have been a great meal if the waffles were crispy and cooked in clean oil and if...the guacamole wasn’t thin and bland. Fresh, crispy bacon would have been a good touch too. On another note, the coffees were awesome."
