"We celebrated the graduation of the 9th grade of the sister, we had not been here before. The kitchen is disgusting! The shish kebab was undercooked, several dishes juliennes simply could not be taken out! apparently the waiters really wanted to eat ... The administrator does not know how to resolve conflict situations!!! An hour later they called and warned that we had +1 that is, we have to pay extra and therefore we will be delivered one more seat , when they arrived, in fact, nothing had changed! We asked the waiter to add a seat and extra. dishes. After some time, the admin came running and began to prove that we have +2!!! Well, if the staff is bad with math, we offered to look at the cameras .... to which we were told that they did not work!!!! Overall terrible service! Админестратор не умеет решать конфликтные ситтуации!!! За час позвонили и предупредили, что у нас +1 т.е. мы должны доплатить и следовательно нам доставят еще одно посадочное место , когда пришли по факту ничего не изменилось! Попросили официанта, всте таки добавить место и доп. блюда. Через некоторое время админ прибежал и начала доказывать, что у нас +2!!! Ну если у персонала плохо с математикой, мы предложили посмотреть камеры.... на что нам сказано было, что они не работают!!!! В общем ужасное обслуживание!"
