"Staff are very rude, I always have a problem with this business. Today was the last straw, I ordered some burgers and of course the lady has replaced an attitude. I tell her in detail how I would be my burgers she writes, then I wait 35 min, I came twice to check for food. Then I go into a last time that the lady is supposed to tell me that my food is done 20 minutes ago and I just left out of business 5 minutes before and they told me it wasn't ready. Well, now my food (6 burgers) are cold and they are not made as I asked. You need new employees who take care of the shop and there customers"

"Very authentic overall, the food, the atmosphere, everything. It's a place where Vietnamese families with kids come to eat. Food was great, served quickly. Not the strictest on cleanliness just like my tea cups were sticky (like it catches grease by sitting in the kitchen) and I asked for new cups. That's just part of the deal and I'll come again for sure."

"It is hard to win at barbecue, but these guys should have absolutely no problem claiming total victory. This was some of the best barbecue I've had in a good while, the brisket was tasty, season just so perfectly, and was not filled with fat and grease like most places. The breast/wing combo we had, was tender juicy tangy savory and sweet all at the same time. A mouth-watering experience. I didn't even know that there was a such thing as salted caramel banana pudding, but I know I like it, and want more of it. You do yourself a great disservice if you do not go to this restaurant. Great food, pleasant service, in a small quaint eclectic surrounding makes this one of Grand rapids hidden gems. I'm definitely going back."
