"I understand that the owner can reason - why bother with the food if I have a great location and a nice view? The food indeed does not have to be great but it should not be revolting. My mussels came in cold and dry!!! I love mussels but could not stomach these ones.The supposedly creamy sauce was extremely watery and salty. My husband's frutti di mare pasta came with the same sauce as my mussels!!! We got quite a laugh out of this. Plus, his seafood was barely defrosted and for some reason spaghetti were cut in small bits - we hope not because previous customers did not finish their plates... The cherry on top of the pie was that for our daughter's birthday we asked for a special dessert with a candle - the candle same stuck in a plastic plain yogurt cup. Luckily the child has a good sense of humor and did not start to cry. She thought it was very funny :) Shall I say more? Oh, yes, I shall... the waiter acted like we owed him money and when dessert came we still had our dirty food dishes sitting in front of us with a dozen or so flies roaming across the table. His priority was clearly to reset empty tables (in an empty restaurant) than to remove the dirty plates."
