"Best in the North East. Have been several times over the past year. Whilst the salad bar is a bit bland, every main we have ordered has been excellent. Can highly recommend the Fillet Mignon and the Seafood platter,<br>
I especially like the fact the wine list offers some cheaper wines (under $20) as well as a few decent moderately priced good wines.<br>
Having dined at most pubs along North East road, this is among the best, Prices are good and the food is normally well cooked."

"I will return. Good parking. Lovely old building. We used some newspaper vouchers received friendly service. The dining room was charming had an open fire going. Cosy pleasant atmosphere. We all had pasta it was tasty. I shared a dessert with my sister the waitress went to the effort of getting it split on separate plates which we appreciated. The food prices were reasonable but the drinks were a bit pricey. I am interested in coming back for the happy hour at the 'drinks area ' for snacks. It would be lovely to sit at an outdoor table on the verandah in the summer."

"The wines on offer are not familiar, but decided to give them a go. Tried two of the most expensive shiraz at about $10+ and they were absolutely terrible, quality of a $8 bottle you would buy from a bottle shop. As we always have a red with our meal, we will not be coming back unless they add quality wines to their wine list and not charge ridiculous prices for them."

"3 cheers for the pickled pig. the breakfast menu is small (which is not critique), but really good. the employees are very pleasant and have a fantastic table-wise. when it comes to children, they are amazing and will put a smile on the face of every child. many thanks pd, we were overwhelmed with their professionalism, service, aromen and all round experiences."
