"Hate to give a bad review since i love this place but they forgot about my food and i was waiting for 20 minutes before i went up to the cashier and asked where my order was. it was just sitting on the counter, im worried what would 've happened if i didn 't speak up. my drink was watered down and they also forgot my mango jelly which my drink comes with so i 'm disappointed in my order today. in addition to the other issues, my fried fish was like warm, not the straight out of the fryer heat. wish the best employees were more responsible."

"The absolutely worst eating experience ever. first it is my first time in moraga and I have starved! had a flight from the east coast that was delayed — so it was like 11 hours a trip! could not eat inside bc my friend forgot their pot card — so we have ordered to go. I ordered almost $100 to eat! it was prepared in less than 15 minutes! how? there was absolutely no taste none! it was absolutely unusable and outside the fried rice, I couldn't eat anything! the phrase was really not barely, but boiled so it was really not what I would call fried, it was more than it had only one layer of oil on it! everything was made in a wisely strong, which makes absolutely no sense! there was absolutely no taste at all, which tells me that this was eating that had been from another day and she just heated it fast and threw it into a bag. I am so upset that after a near 11-hour flight I paid $100 for my first meal and there was no concern that this was given. they should not be in business and add that they do not automatically contain white rice with Chinese foods, what I think is a thing here in California, but that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life! how!? can you live with yourself at night, you take no white rice than part of the meal? add them a dollar or two to eat and put something more. it was really the worst experience imaginable and I just can't understand it because it had very high reviews. there is no possibility that they prepare food fresh for us, there is only absolutely no way that this was eating yesterday. my first meal of the new year! I would not have paid a dimme for this food and honestly it should be refunded to me!"
