"The waitress is racist. I'm black, I came in with my husband, who is not black. I was the only person of color in the whole place. No hello or welcome in when we walked in. Just escorted to a booth. The whole time, the waitress did not acknowledge me at all. Every time she came over to ask how the food was or if we wanted more coffee, she looked at him only and did not address me at all. Now the food was disappointing. I ordered a garden omelet, which comes with mushrooms, spinach, cheese, and so on. Omelet means you cook all ingredients together. Well, what they do here is cook the veggies separate from the eggs and then just toss them in the middle of the eggs and serve it that way, eggs separated from veggies. It turned out to be a soppy mess because all the water from the vegetables was dripping out from inside the folded egg. Traditionally, it is not an omelet, just eggs with soppy vegetables. Anyway, it goes without saying that I will never be returning to this place, and I do not recommend it."

"The seafood is excellent and the view is unique. The staff is friendly and attentive. Beverages, however, are far overpriced and shrine of the tourist trap. $6 for a local beer from a plastic cup and $12-$19 for a mixed drink. Come on, this? The great food still makes it worth the cost. If it wasn't for the red-light drink prices, I'd give 5 stars."

"Waitress was very pleasant! Buffalo chicken sandwich was pretty good, a little overcooked but it was a huge piece of chicken and tasted like it was breaded fresh not frozen from a bag. Only real problem is buffalo sauce was not tossed onto chicken, was just poured on and most of it ran into the bun so it was kind of a mess. Fries were decent, would get again. Would have given 4.5, but couldn't justify a 5."

"I was excited to finally try Paradise Grill, after so many times driving past this place and seeing the cool outdoor Tiki Hut! My husband and I stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon. We asked our server about the Poke Tuna Nacho appetizer; she went on and on about how good they were. So, of course we ordered them. What a mess they were! It had this slimy coleslaw all over them which made them just awful. We didn't complain because she served them so she must know they look like this. The seared tuna itself tasted old. Truly, the worst tuna nachos I've ever had. Okay, let's order something else. We did. We shared a cheeseburger just to give something else a try. The burger was pretty good, the fries were crisp and nice and hot. At least the burger saved this place in my mind to maybe want to go back there. The hostess was taking our plates away while we were observing kids getting dropped off from the school bus, right in front of the bar we were sitting at. We said to the hostess, this seemed strange. The hostess informed us that this bar gets so crazy with drunks at night, that an ambulance is sitting outside in the parking lot, just in case... What???? Overall impression, decent prices, cool outside Tiki area, stick with burgers here, if I went at night, I would leave early before everyone starts getting wasted."

"I didn't want a better day on the beach. The small concession had excellent food and reasonable prices. Server very pleasant. You have to bite the shark..wow... best tropical drink on the coast. Beautiful beach, go 200 meters to the left and have your own private beach, no hotels, only beautiful houses. Excellent"

"Stopped in for dinner last night when we couldn't get into Fonda next door. We sat outside on the patio which was lovely and had heaters to keep us warm. I got a house margarita and it was really good, not too sweet like some house margaritas can be. I ended up getting a chicken Tinga tostada, cheese quesadilla and rice and beans. I like that they have some small plates so you can choose a couple things to try. My friend also got the tostada and a fish taco. My brother got the prawn and steak dish. We all really enjoyed our food, no complaints there and it came out pretty fast after ordering. I took one star off just because service wasn't great. When we were finished it took a really long time to get the bill which started to get a little frustrating but all in all it's a cute spot and we really enjoyed it. I would go back but just be prepared to wait a little bit to order/get checks at the end."
