"It's bad! two pork rolls, one without chili. takes the girl forever for her to make it up to the point where her colleagues even comment on how long she took! full butter, the pig was only fat no meat. and chili with the one who should not have it. pity if I was allergic to chili. it was cold. all disgusting! never back! also noticed a sign of noodles for baby $8, what a demolition, no one will ever pay so much for a serving of noodles for her child. shop here at churchill, I don't think this one has a long life!"

"I have been on a bit of a Bahn Mi mission lately around Adelaide, sussing out new and old haunts to see how they compare. There is a lot of competition out there for the humble roll and you really want to get it right to have return trade. <br>

Unfortunately, Lemongrass failed me this time.<br>

We both ordered BBQ Lemongrass Beef combo, mine with roast pork, foodie mate with BBQ Pork.<br>

Well, I must say, the BBQ Beef and BBQ Pork bring a whole new meaning to Mystery Meat! <br>

OMG! What is that??!! <br>

The mystery beef did not resemble any beef that I have ever eaten before and same with the pork.<br>
<br>
Thankfully my roast pork, was exactly that, but not very much of it and very little crackling. <br>
<br>
We actually ate our rolls as we were starving!<br>

We consumed the Bahns hesitantly with darting glances between mystery meats and ourselves! We were happy we survived!<br>
<br>
On a good note, the actual bread roll itself, was super light and crunchy. Shame.<br>
Won’t be returning anytime soon."

"Been there with family last night and was surprised to see the quality getting down- track. Many of the items unavailable including drinks, no lassi in a hot day plus the rasam was not edible. We went there esp to have south indian food, the chettinad was pale yellow gravy and sweet in taste, never had such before. Plus the sambhar was something weird in taste.Overall bad experience. Staffs gloomy and tired. Wouldnt visit nor recommend anyone."

"After just returning from Vietnam this month, a friend and I went to Viet L'Amour on Saturday night. The restaurant was full and the French influence was evident from the décor and furniture. We decided on the banquet for 2 ($75 total) and we were not disappointed. This restaurant may not be the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Adelaide but we didn't have any issues with the food or the service and actually had a really pleasant night."

"At first the reception and the restaurant was a bit cold. We were asked if we had a reservation and the response when we said 'no', was a little terse. Anyway, we were accommodated and the evening went up from there. The waiter guided us through the menu and the portion sizes. The wine list was class with Rockford and First Drop on there. The food arrived in a short period of time (which I like) and was absolutely sensational. I am so happy to have discovered this fine Greek restaurant being so close to us. The restaurant ended up being packed. A great sign. I had the Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder. It took me back 20 years to dining at my favourite Greek restaurant in Sydney - Perama. It reminded me of their Lamb Skaras which I couldn't get past on their menu. <br>
We will be back and perhaps make a reservation next time."
