"Ordered a Chinese takeaway which said was going to be an hour for delivery and actually took 2 hours 30 mins. When we phoned after 99 minutes waiting we were told they were waiting for the driver to collect. Eventually came and the driver was very apologetic. They put in 3 spring roles as a way of an apology. Hot and sour soup was amazing but the two curries were cold and tasteless. Definitely wouldn’t recommend"

"We spent a lovely afternoon at The Old Oak. Our meal was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were warm and welcoming, and they allowed us to stay the night in our campervan in their car park. Will definitely return and would recommend to all Thank you!"

"We visited the ship on Father’s Day for Sunday lunch we had not booked but we easily got a table for the two of us. We got two gorgeous lunches beef and pork they were awesome absolutely delicious meat was lovely and a very good selection of veg and cauliflower cheese the Yorkshire puddings were gorgeous best I’ve tasted in a long time. Staff are so friendly and efficient well done all at the ship"

"I have been going past this chinese for years and never thought anything about it until recently. I ordered a garlic chilli special with chips and my girlfriend ordered a beef satay meal. Mine was nice with a mixture of beef, chicken pork the meat was had a nice texture and it was nice. My girlfriend on the other hand was 50/50 as it looked more like a beef curry than satay sauce. Other than that we would go again as we enjoyed it"

"We had great day/night for friends birthday £99 party package overnight stay in the pods/lodges including use of hot tubs. Arrived at 3pm Dave gave us the low down, we had packed mini afternoon tea on arrival, use of hot tub, 630 pizza, parmo buffet with loads of extras including Dave’s homemade pork pies! Delicious! Worth the heartburn! 3 drinks, disco Kareoke, breakfast in the morning! Dave was good host ensuring we had great time!"

"This FISH SHOP /SANDWICH SHOP is a family run business, the food is second to non, the selection of fresh sandwiches/SALADS/JACKET POTATOES made in front of you. (seafood, Spicy meatballs, /Ham /tikka/coronation chicken/ plus many more. . (if there is a certain sandwich you want...but not on show they will make u it up especially if you have a certain craving lol) The fish shop part again is all freshly made, (massive portion size) They even have. Freshly made pastries and cakes. the staff are so friendly, we have used this shop for years. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED."
