"Munchies always has the best food! The wings are my absolute favorite anywhere! Their sauce is not just bottle hot sauce thrown on wings. It has a terrific flavor! Homemade blue cheese is the best! "I was looking for bbq/seafood caterer and Sims Smoke bbq/seafood came up. I went to visit and ordered several items from menu to taste before doing business. I can say they may look small but they have big tasty meals. I am hiring them for catering this September so will let you all know what my guest say about them. I ordered each type bbq/seafood it was enough to feed my husband and adult daughter."

"I honestly never had nasty Jamaican food UNTIL I ate here. First of all the customer service is at a all time low. No one greeted me I stood there for 10 minutes with no one else in line before the man behind the register asked me what I want to order( still not greeted) the Oxtail was bland, beer had rice and peas this bland and the CABBAGE was REAL REAL REAL BLAND. NEVER AGAIN . $23 dollars for what . Just look at the pictures never seen Jamaican rice and cabbage that look like that . I should of followed my first mind."

"Would of left a 0 stars if I had an option! The owner has NO aka 0% customer service skills whatsoever, what a JOKE! We are regulars and with rant and rave about Martha’s all day long until today! We were there for over an hour and a half our server had two big tables with parties of over 10 people. We kept our mouth shut, as other groups were coming in ordering their food and leaving we had and so even gotten our waters… again we were very patient and thankful that they were open during this time. We were there for over an hour and a half, as we were getting ready to leave our sons pizza came out. We brought it to the attention of our server who contacted the manager and spoke to the owner. Both of them said they would be comping the pizza for $13. I ended up paying $45 for my meal and realize that I had paid for the pizza, I went back inside I spoke to the manager and she said I’m sorry the owner will NOT comp the pizza!!! My son literally sat there and watched us eat breakfast, we tried to give him bacon and other things but he had his heart set on the pizza. Truly sad, they lost a customer because they couldn’t do right when they were in the wrong.. so if you have hungry children I would advise not to come here because they will not make their food until you leave and then charge you for it! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant, they lost my business!!!!"

"Seffner Tiki Hut is a favorite spot. It's relaxed open atmosphere makes it a great place to have a few drinks and bite to eat or just hang out with friends. Karaoke is offered most nights and prices are reasonable. Servers are fast and friendly. If your looking for a fun place that treats you like family then this is the place. Parking can be hard to find during busy hours so come as early as possible."
