"I ordered the shrimp tacos and asked them to leave off the cabbage, tomatoes, anything that came from the garden. We laughed about my pickiness and our waiter read back the only items I actually wanted on the tacos. When they arrived, they were covered in lettuce and didn’t even have any of the items I asked them to leave on. Lettuce isn’t even one of the components of this entree! When the waiter came to take my plate after we were finished, he had to have seen the tall pile of lettuce but he never addressed it. My husband ordered the hot chicken sandwich with no special instructions. It wasn’t hot at all and the only thing on his sandwich besides the chicken were a few pickle slices. No condiments or garnish. It was so dry that he couldn’t eat it. We won’t be back."

"Super disappointed, it became a 2 hour ordeal that shouldn’t have been. We got sat in 15 minutes, but our food took almost an hour to receive. Our waiter was great but he was over sat. The manager was more concerned with seating people than helping his own employees. I love Cracker Barrel but this was the worst management ever. His responses were just as bad, he said he checked our ticket and that well you got your food in 45 minutes, I’m sorry that is unacceptable! Again our server was great just had him waiting tables at both ends of the restaurant! Who manages like that! Visited on Sunday, March 27, 2022."
