"Hidden gem in Shreveport! My husband and I love trying local restaurants wherever we land as military. Belle Fresca was hands down the best meal, margaritas, atmosphere, and service we have experienced in Louisiana! I had filet mignon, cooked perfectly the first time. My husband had the Cajun Alfredo with shrimp, hand made noodles homemade sauce. But by far the highlight for me was the ravioli appetizer… divine! Both pasta dishes were actually better than authentic Italian restaurants in New Jersey. Our waitress, Benn had fine dining service skills and was super friendly, and a well dressed gentleman attending the dining room, slipped over and discreetly filled water glasses every time they were within an inch of the bottom. The only critique we could give is that the faded sign in front and bland looking building doesn’t do justice to the quality and overall class of the establishment."

"I was in order with buying the average tasting six in a bag of podnuh, because it was budget friendly. since they have now increased their prizes, is a pfund truthahn and two pages now $28.23 not worth it!"

"And so we went back again. Just a letdown. Sides are just ok, not really delicious. No smoke rising from the outside pit. Still no real bar. Sausage has no flavor and is tough. Service sucks. Gal behind counter just tries to jack up price by pushing onions and pickles at you for a charge or bottled water, which I never get. Sauce is still way too vinegary. And loaded potato was a big disappointment. Will never go back. Sorry. Just not worth the money and not good."
