"My wife and I were out shopping in Perigueux and had planned to have a Chinese lunch the planet grill restaurant was a nice clean place, but unfortunately the starter and main were cold and very disappointing so unfortunately we won’t be going back."

"We had an excellent lunch at the Ferme Auberge du Claud which is on the list of references from the Le Panyol oven manufacturer.The owners of the restaurant were very accommodating and gave us a lot of tips on the construction and how to use the oven for bread, meats, vegetables and other products. Basically anything can be cooked in the oven, amazing.We started with a apéritif of a sweet white wine with strawberry liquor which was very tasty.The food was excellent, starting with a starter of a poached egg, white asparagus, home made salami and fresh fava beans.For the main course we had two choices pork stuffed with a basil and walnut pesto and I had the lamb tagine, both of which were excellent, very flavorful, juicy and tender.Our third course was a salad with some cheese offerings and for dessert we had an excellent tarte of fresh strawberries and raspberries.The wine list was limited but featured a number of local Bergerac wines which paired well with the meal.We also talked to the owner who said we can email them to order some of their fresh produce when ever we want as they do sell some at the Perigueux and Trelissac markets and at the coop near Sarlat."

"Decided to taste this restaurant for lunch when we went into us where polite and showed on our table and our drinks order immediately taken. Buffet menu 12.50€ for lunch. Much to choose, normal for a buffet restaurant, the only problem was it cold. Since we were early, there weren't many people we arrived, we expected it to be more business later. Served for the wok very well, the cook was very pleasant, very tasty and HOT. Good selection of deserts, staff very friendly."
