"I arrived in Troyes latish on a Sunday evening. It was the only restaurant that I could find open. The staff were charming and the food was good if not a little uninspiring. I started with the asparagus soup with crab (a bit bland for...my taste). For my main course I had prawn rice and the chicken with ginger. Again there was absolutely nothing wrong with it just a bit bland and uninspiring. As I often find myself in Troyes on a Sunday evening I would go again but might try something different to eat."

"The place is typical and must be. the dishes offered are perfectly made. It smells the terroir and good products. we are surrounded by pretty bottles of wines, all kinds that cover all the large French wine regions but not only. pleasant evening guaranteed. a little disappointment this time on desserts a little disappointing compared to the rest of the chef's proposals. Nothing catastrophic. do not hesitate to discover this place and especially remember to book. There are regulars."

"Curious to discover this new restaurant we were really disappointed. The salmon was full of shrubs and too cooked no wonder given the speed of the service it is not to prepare minute. Moreover the garnish is a little just three small potato. I'm not going back."
