"Wow. Patient, courteous staff definitely a brand standard leader. Placed my order online and when I arrived at the store the dinner rush was definitely on. Staff was flying around in a clearly well orchestrated manner. Was greeted promptly with a smile (very rare these days) and was told my order would be up very soon. Every few minutes someone can back to check on me and my fellow online ordering diners. Always smiling and always friendly. Turns out they ran out of an item and offered a refund/replacement and sincerely apologized for not having it. Food was brought out and checked for accuracy and they even added some cookies as consolation for not having the item. Food was well prepared and delicious as usual. Wish I got the names of the wonderful young ladies who helped me. They were fantastic. Will drive the 30 minutes to this panera from here on out."

"Well, that was delicious. Actually, IS delicious. I got it last night for dinner and I'm eating the leftovers for lunch right now ????. I got the #1 family meal with a full chicken and 2 sides. The red beans were in one container and the rice was in another as separate sides. I'm not sure what kind of degenerate you must be to serve those two things separately, so I remedied it and stirred them together. Coulda used more sauce from the beans but it worked out ; To the"

"I returned from a week trip and Lefty's was on my trip home. I've been there a lot. I ordered 3lbs ribs to pull out. The ribs were boiled, hard and dry. If I hadn't been so tired and far away, I would have brought her back. Very disappointing!!"
