"Great Food Traditional Chinese. I've seen varying reviews on this place and I tend to agree with most but what I don't see is an explanation as to why some people don't like the food, I will cover that.<br/ <br/ When I first went to Hidden Dragon restaurant I tried the American Chinese food and like some others have said it wasn't the best. In fact it wasn't even that good. It was disappointing because I heard the food was exceptional. It wasn't until a few weeks later that I learned Hidden Dragon is known for their traditional Chinese food and not so much for the American version foods like sweet and sour pork etc. I didn't know they served traditional food because there was nothing other than American Chinese on the menu. I learned from a friend that you have to ask for the Chinese menu or they just give you the American Chinese menu, although I suspect this is not the case if you are Chinese. They likely just assume Americans don't want the traditional food and give you the menu with common American Chinese dishes. <br/ <br/ On a followup visit I did ask for the Chinese menu and was pleased to find a huge selection of dishes to try. This visit was a great experience and I tried the Romeo and Juliette (beef tripe) and a hot pot dish. Both were outstanding and more food than I expected. Since then I've been back at least a dozen times and have tried different dishes never being disappointed with the traditional food. <br/ <br/ My advice for anyone going here is to ask for the traditional Chinese menu and I promise you will not be disappointed."

"Ordered to go 2 fish dinners and a homemade turkey pot pie. Person taking order seemed to be irritated at the questions I was asking. Picked up food. Check order in car and NO TARTER sauce or ketchup. The fish was great but very small pieces. Salad was fine, no bread given on take out. Pot pie great. Had to go back in for tarter and ketchup, kinda bad attitude. Not many eat fish without tarter and only given 1 ketchup with 2 orders of fries. I am tired of to go orders without the stuff. I am tired of bad attitudes, prices have gone up totally understandable but you still need service. Food great will not go back again with poor service."

"Anywhere that has $2 tacos in taco Tuesdays is the place to be. I met a friend, who was familiar with the place, but it was my first time. Half off grande sized margaritas for happy hour was glorious! I ordered the strawberry margarita which was strong and well-needed after a long work day. I ordered 3 tacos. The fish, beef barbacoa, and cauliflower. I really enjoyed the cauliflower and beef barbacoa tacos. I wasn’t impressed with the fish taco, it was too battered to my liking. But the complimentary chips and salsa was great. I ordered the guacamole as a side and was also delicious. I will be definitely be returning for taco Tuesday in the future!"
