"After a long walk downhill, we stopped at this amazing restaurant. We ordered fresh chanterelles (baby mushrooms) from their garden with the Fresh goat cheese Salad and Octopus carpaccio. Both were great.The Mille-feuille was amazing the Apricot trate was very good as well.All servers were super nice!I highly recommend it."

"We use to go Stockhorn Grill when we are in Zermatt. This time, it was not good. We waited one hour for the food. When it finally came, the portions were very unequal in size and there was not enough food. At the second round,...which again came too late, there was not enough food again. We were very disappointed, as it use to be a good place to eat and compared to the price level, the whole experience was not satisfactory at all this time. We were persons, and all of us were disappointed."

"We went to the restaurant with kids. They were very welcome and received a whole package to entertain themselves. The food was good. Very friendly service and the prices were correct for Zermatt. We took an apero at the bar which is a very cosy place. Their cocktails are very professional and they have a great choice. A place which is recommendable to all!"

"While staying in Zermatt for vacation we had the opportunity to dine at the family-owned and run Alpenblick Hotel Restaurant for dinner and for breakfast. We were happy to have found this spot.The hotel has a large bar in front of one of the three main dining areas. Before dinner, parties can wait for others and enjoy a beer or drink featuring local and regional tastes. The main dining area is large and open. Better to get seated in one of the two side rooms where you can feel more private and avoid groups or keeping your own group together.The kitchen is nimble and talented. We chose many items off the menu and spiced to our tastes and the team met the challenge well. Each meal from the kitchen met our expectations for quality ingredients, flavor and value. Swiss specialties in meats, cheeses, and wines topped the decisions. One feature of the restaurant is the long-service of the staff who work well together and handle pairs and groups well.Dinner was delicious, the food plentiful, and the value for the Franc was high. breakfast was equally excellent. There were fresh meats and sausage. Breads and rolls are fresh, and many cereals, yogurts, and juices all available in a self service style. Coffees and teas were delightful and flowed freely.If you are in Zermatt, go ahead and dine at the Alpenblick Hotel ReRestaurant.
