"My daughter I came in for a pre theater dinner on a Saturday evening. They were not very busy, which is unusual. That being said, our service was EXCELLENT. Our server was attentive and very pleasant. We started with the giant pretzel, which I highly recommend. It was hot and soft in the middle and perfectly salted. Would have preferred it to be served with beer cheese instead of the cheese dip provided, but the stone ground mustard was on point. My daughter had the chicken pot pie which looked amazing. Very savory and enjoyable. I opted for the double stack burger. It was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The toppings condiments were all very fresh this is a solid choice for an entree that I thoroughly enjoyed. We passed on dessert only because both noted they were topped with nuts. I’m sure they could take them off, but with my daughter having a tree nut allergy we weren’t going to chance it. With it being less than a half mile walk to the Fox theater, I’d highly recommend Fado’s for a reasonably priced meal before a show."
