"This was my worst Panera experience. So disappointed. We ordered pick up, I ordered a warm sandwich, ordered extra avocado. The sandwich was not warm, had literally 1 slice of avocado which is really sad since the sandwich normally comes with chicken and I ask for chicken to be left off. No cheese, just 2 slices of bread with roasted red peppers all over one slice of avocado. I also order the poppyseed strawberry salad, asked for no pineapple. It came with pineapple. We won’t be back."

"15$ for Teriyaki Chicken Broccoli Bowl you don apos;t receive very much for that price but tasted okay. Bread that came with it was had and not eatable was also thrown in the bag ripped in half not even wrapped. Cheese Flatbread Pizza was chewy hard and cold tasted like it apos;d been sitting out for a while."

"We didn't have a good breakfast visit this morning at all. we ordered a few items and as we waited for them to come out we were given a bag by the worker and they sent us off. once we stepped outside the door, we checked our bag and we were missing items. i went back inside and the bag was on the counter so the team member just seemed to want us out of the store. we ate in the car as with CoViD currently we aren't able to dine in. our chipotle chicken breakfast wraps were both cold as if they had just been sitting out. we went back inside and got those exchanged as well. we don't plan on returning to this location as we received poor customer service and poor food service as well."
