"Everything was amazing! We cannot believe this restaurant will be closed this weekend! Dinner was absolutely in the Point Service was stellar and we enjoyed everything! The appetizers of Calamari, olives and artichokes are all equally satisfied, and all the ducks meet the place! I especially enjoyed my mani with fresco preparation, we all lubricated and loved the lasagna, the shrimps and Aubergine was only divine. We miss you glad to have this unforgettable last meal!"

"I always forget to take photos of the food when it's really THAT good. This place is what we were hoping for in Jax, the coolest little husband and wife owned Cafe. Everything has love and thoughts behind it- the coffee is their own brand, they make everything from scratch besides the bread and bagels (because they're not gf) the espresso machine is the good kind (Starbucks has nothing on their matcha latte and cold brews, so stop in here some morning vs your basic coffee stop) BEST FOOD WE'VE HAD in this city. But it's 100% our style, so come try it for yourself and see what you think. We had the Bahn MI special SOO GOOD, the Blisscuit (nice and perfect size), Avacado cream-cheez and side salad. The muffins are also delicious. Try it all! We sure will"

"This company is very unprofessional. Their GM and their workers (the GM kids) are very disorganized. When I arrived there to pick up my order they didn't have my order. They told me they would take my order and bring it to my car. I waited 20 mins. When I came back my order still wasn't ready. I asked for a refund and the GM told me I had to wait until everyone else in a long line ordered to get my refund. I called their corporate number, but it's disconnected and the other corporate number tells you to write an email. This company has had the worst customer service I've encountered in a while. Also, their meals are tiny portions and not worth the money."

"Very Livid!!!! Ordered 3 McDoubles Meat,Cheese,Mayo Only Add Jalapeños they forgot put Mayo on 2 of them then 2 jalapeños on each damn burger they cheapskates burger requires 4 jalapeños if you don’t know that something wrong then on top of that found freaking hair on one my burgers so I had toss it in trash worse service ever wake up Jacksonville they’ll hire anyone that’s the problem bad service"
