"This is what the Dutch call 'The Dream Croissant ' for breakfast. A croissant filled to the brim with Scottish salmon, avocado and scrambled eggs. Order a 'Maxiato Classic Coffee to go with it and you know this is your day. Highly recommendable, organic produce, breakfast and lunch coffee and thee shop."

"The kitchen has no air conditioning, means the whole restaurant smells like fried egg and bacon, which, if you like that, it is nice. The service is very friendly (and Italian). However, you need to expect things may take a bit longer or get totally forgotten (forgot to serve the eggs). Scrambled eggs. Very watery (I do not know how they do that) with couple egg shells inside. The cheese is great, the bread better than I expected (Honeyish taste) I was close to give 3*, but all together was a 4* *Update* Thank you for the reply and sorry for not mentioning: yes, the eggs have been complimentary, thank you for that. That is why, in total, I am happy with the experience and the rating I actually gave"

"Best breakfast place in Amsterdam? You can't book a table here and it took us two attempts (Monday and Wednesday) to get a table. It was well worth the wait. Everything was spectacular. We had the special Brioche Turkey Burger, Banana nut break French Toast and the Navajo Eggs. All brilliant. The Navajo Eggs were a particular standout. The BBQ pulled Pork was really succulent, balanced perfectly by the mango salsa, toast was delicious and topped off with the spicy mayo and egg yolk... Devine. To top it all off the staff were lovely too. You have to try this place. Well worth the wait and a strong contender for best Breakfast in Dam."
