"Over the years, I have eaten a Finks Diner on many occasions. I have always been satisfied with the food provided. Between December 2018 and January 2019, I have had three meals at Finks Diner. On each occasion, the food has been served almost cold. I called in on Sunday 6th January and had a cooked breakfast. Half was under cooked, the other half over cooked. The entire meal was cold and greasy."

"Ordered 2 breakfasts, one of which was incorrect on arrival. Would have accepted both regardless of the error, but one was dropped on the floor. One breakfast was given, without an apology or acknowledgement of the other breakfast. After a few minutes the waitress returned to ask what eggs we wanted on the other breakfast and apologised. Following this, it took about 30 minutes for the second breakfast to be brought out. During which the waitress did apologise again, and offered a cake for the inconvenience. However after waiting for a further 30 minutes since the first breakfast arrived, we had to leave as we had other plans for the day. As we inquired about a refund, the plate finally came out if the kitchen, but due to the timing it had to be put in a takeaway box. That being said, the 3 front of house waitresses were all pleasant and polite."
