"Just had a lovely meal in Havana Bank Sq. Often its hard to get good quality vegan options but the Korean Cauliflower Wings and the Seitan Burger were delicious. Will definitely be back."

"My partner and I having had many enjoyable meals at Neill's Hill in the past, we were very disappointed by our evening meal on December 20. A large number of men and women at an adjacent table were making so much noise that I could barely hear what my partner was saying and we were having to shout. We ordered the beetroot butternut squash wellington and were told it would take half an hour as it had to be cooked from scratch. When it arrived it wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Then when we ordered the chocolate tart for dessert we were told it wasn't available. At which point we decided to give up and leave. We did get a substantial discount on the bill.(We can't fault the wait staff, by the way, who were very friendly and welcoming)."

"We went here midweek which may explain why the restaurant was virtually empty. The food was excellent, if a little expensive, the service was good but being empty there was no real atmosphere. We've eaten in similarly empty restaurants before and not noticed this lack...but for some reason it didn't click here. Maybe at the weekend it would be a different story, but you speak as you find"

"I can see it is a worth while exercise and price wise it is good for fine dining. But service was terrible. The supervisor was not interested either in a single diner. I had to call for someone to take my order at first. Then I could not get wi fi. I asked a girl waitress,who said she will ask the supervisor,she never came back. The youth who had served me failed to top up my water,whilst so doing fur two ladies beside me. I had to ask for top up. I asked again about the wifi but again no one came back and the supervisor hid out of my way. The food was brought from the kitchen by different waiters and fired down on the table. I had chicken liver parfait with melba toast as starter. Nice enough but could have done with a cherry tomato for colour. Fried sea bass came on a little spinach with a small clam and a butter sauce. It really needed some potato to bulk it up. It was tasty but so small. The souffle I had ordered for desert had sunk and was not nice. I asked for a coffee with cream,to be told they had no cream. Unbelievable. And they had no sweetners instead of sugar for diabetics. Coffee was luke warm. Left really hungry now. Young staff learning did their best but were out of their depth and were not helped by the supervisor who hid out of my way. Will have to think twice about returning. Price of 10.00 seems cheap but is just about right for portion sizes. Left me a review form but no pen!!! I had my own. No instruction on where to pay!"
