"Gastroteca recently opened a pizza bar/eatery just a block over from their main establishment. The name Best Pizza immediately caught my attention, so I decided to give them a try. Things immediately went downhill. The pizzas in the display looked burnt, and when I asked for a couple of slices, I was told that I had to wait 20 mins. Furthermore, there was only one server behind the counter. I had originally requested a Hawaiian small pie and was immediately informed that they did not serve this type of pizza. My second option was extra cheese and mushroom and I thought this would take a few minutes to prepare. When the pizza came out of the oven it was burnt to a crisp. Simply put Gastroteca has no clue how to make a good pizza, let alone service. Needless to say, I will not be back."

"The quality of the fish can't be praised enough. All of their cuts were tender and delicious. I had the grande nigiri and I regret nothing. Their tuna was so fresh it was practically still swimming lol. The best part, the service was amazing. Every server was attentive and kind. I'm definitely coming back with friends and family."

"So tonight it was dinner with my dear dear friend James C Metzger--Mr. Insurance at a new place on Madison Ave Come Prima. Here we dined and experienced the warmth an personality of Salvatore Lombardi, the owner who treated us like kings and made sure that the meatballs were perfect--which they were; the sea bass cooked to perfection and the veal chop scrumptious. And the berries with whipped cream was simply the best. This is the place to go when one wants great food, attentive staff and the ever wonderful Salvatore to be your host. Thanks James for a delicious evening. IJS."

"It was an early dinner. We enjoyed the meal very much. The scallop with quail egg is an amazing appetizer to start the meal and they willingly divided the portion into 2 plates. Then we ordered the oxtail pasta and grilled sea bass. I love oxtail and the oxtail pasta is an additional oxtail menu that I can enjoy."

"So I never knew this hidden gem was located here. My co worker took me there for lunch. The food was so delicious. Prices were affordable. I had fried shrimp, fried fish, rice, beans, plantains and rotisserie chicken. Keep up the good service. Thank you.Food: 5/5"
