"Price/performance was this evening for us not in the lot the Amuse-Bouche really tasted us both, the fish was fade and not tender, the carpaccio e tartare di fassone unfortunately also did not convince. for our taste almost too much personal, hardly finished away with the teller. very nice staff, but only the chef spoke German...Everything in everything we were disappointed"

"We decided to go for this restaurant as we bypass the day before. That we could try. Not many dinners as we walked in but is still feel good. Firstly our pumpkin soup. Me n my frenz like it instantly after one mouthful. Then I added pepper is a wonder. Is a little salty by the time finished it, but no problem for such good taste. My frenz had the venison in stew / broiled with mushrooms n sauce. For me I had the venison tenderloin n sauce. Like it how it is done for the tenderloin n the sweet pear. Sauce is salty for my taste. But we both finish our plate. This meal was good n satisfying. The service was good too in our opinion. So decided to write about it. Do ask for less salty if you have such preference.SingaporeAimeili"

"Having had the pleasure of dining here several times during the past week, I can tell you quite confidently, that this is the finest restaurant in the town. The staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and the food is delightful. The restaurant itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The service is prompt and attentive, without ever being intrusive and, should you require assistance, it's only a moment away. The Entrecôte of Beef was particularly good, as was the seabass. The manager of the hotel came and spoke with us one evening as he had noticed we were dining a in here regularly. He gave us a a fantastic history lesson all about the hotel and Zermatt in general. I shall certainly be coming here the next time I visit Zermatt"
