"Waited for over 30 minutes for eating and as a GrubHub driver who could lose a good amount of money. the customer I brought this to eat to get her money back. her shake was completely thawed and watery. I'm not sure how it was eating since the bag was sealed. I was standing up with steak and shake and nobody answered the loudspeaker. that was 20 minutes after opening. I went into the window and the guy said he gave him 10 minutes and he'll bring me the food on the parking lot. I waited for 25 minutes and then moved back to the window. About 5 minutes after that he gave me food and a shake that was completely thawed. Once I handed this all over to the customer, I told her to get her money back. terrible service! they only make delivery and drive thru, so it's not like they're busy."
