"The absolute standout of the meal were the dumplings. They were pan-fried jiaozi, and fabulous. The dumpling wrappers were stunning, the meat gobble-able, and the bases beautiful and crispy. The only thing stopping them from perfection was slightly too much oil on the base of each dumpling. Otherwise, ahhhh!"

The skin is thick and oily. The good one should be a very thin and crispy skin. And quick salty stir fried greens Very disappointing again Fail to control the temperature and too quick to serve to table, so the taste is still raw."
