"Ordered takeout (over $100 worth) for a birthday dinner . Went to pick up my order, not realizing until after I got home, that I was missing about a third of my order. Called to complain and went back to get the rest of my order since I had already paid for it (luckily I only live about 15 min away). The girl who answers the phone apologized and said to come talk to her and she'll see what she can do, leading me to believe they'd give me some sort of compensation for their mess up. They gave me the rest of my order which had been sitting there now for probably almost an hour because it was made from the time I was supposed to pick it up the first time but the girl at the counter just didn't give my entire order to me the first time. It was mostly the deep fried foods like prawn tempuras and chicken karages. She apologized but didn't even cook me a fresh batch! She apologized again and gave me a container in a bag and said this was on them. Ok, great. When I got home, I opened up the free item and it was a green salad. How disappointing was that!! Seriously! I made the mistake of not speaking directly with the manager because it was the same girl who gave me my order, who picked up the phone when I complained, and then gave me the rest of my order when I went back. I honestly believe she was trying to cover up her mistake without getting in trouble."
