"My first time here. Sunday night in November. Very quiet. The food was fabulous. Mussels were plump, tasty, with just the right amount of tomato, garlic and onion. Spaghetti bologna was great, just a little al dente. New owners, apparently, but very good. Wine was reasonably priced. Friendly staff, attentive but not overbearing. I hope to be back. Food: 5"

"Extremely tasty and Well-presented food. A lovely restaurant, with a lively and vibrant atmosphere and really well decorated. Our dining experience took us back to our years of travelling through the middle East in our younger years. It was really a lovely experience. The cocktails are lovely too. The staff are extremely attractive and so polite. It was a real pleasure to dine here"

"Excellent service, friendly staff. excellent eating, king prawn thermidor is to die for! veg cooked perfect, all delicious. beautifully decorated restaurant, clean also. we only come a few times a year to eastbourne, but always here dinner and will continue to do so. with this place was closer to home!"

"Our first visit and one, I am sure, of many more to come.The food here is truly delicious and authentic. Daniella the host is welcoming, chatty, helpful and very keen to make sure your visit is perfect.The Italian sausage with mushrooms and the squid starters were expertly cooked.For main course my partner asked if the chef could prepare pasta alla norma. Yes not a problem was the response and it was utterly delicious, especially with the home made pasta. I had the pizza alla norma of which the toppings were fresh and perfectly cooked.Now then! The tirasmisu! Home made by the chef himself? YES! The best tiramisu I have ever eaten? YES!A perfect ending to the best italian meal we have had outside of Italy.Keep up the good work. See you again very soon."
