"I've wanted to dine here for a long time and was not disappointed! We made a reservation earlier in the day and were seated in the intimate dining room right away. Our waiter, Nick, was great and we got each of our courses very promptly. The house baked bread is a must to start with. I had the Rotolo as an entree and it was unlike anything I've had before in a great way! The flavors of the béchamel and pesto drizzle were a perfect pairing. For dessert, my friend and I split the rosemary pound cake and tiramisu which were both delicious and very generous portions. Can't wait to go back and try the pizza!"

"Owner, Please contact me and I will remove/update my review.Dined on 3.22.23 at 6pm.I 'm going to preface this with... I don 't write a review unless I raise a concern and it is either not heard or addressed in a fashion that is just preposterous.Ordered a French onion soup, came quickly, I took a bite. Taste was great but I immediately noticed the entire bowl was filled with croutons and there was no liquid and no onions at all. I mean, literally only went up about .25inches on the standard French onion bowl (you know, those brown/tan crocks that they serve everywhere). No worries... I brought it to my bartenders attention and she fixed it quickly (no apology). If it had ended there I would have not written anything but it 's what happens next that surprised me. The bartender upon delivering said that I have to eat it faster because the croutons soaked up all the liquid. I said honestly thought she was joking. I said I don 't know I ate it immediately. she said, somewhat aggressively, "no that 's what happens and it 's because you waited too long. Just for fun, I let my second one sit for a couple mins. Guess what, The croutons didn 't soak up 99% of the liquid. The first order was a joke but no apology or acknowledgement. The second one was great but the bartender earned the restaurant a nice low star review because of her additude and handling of the situation. On top of this, I had ordered some takeout food but she just never brought it over. I inquired with another bartender 40 minutes later if she could check on my food. She brought it right over to me and it was among some items that have been sitting for a very long time. I suppose the bartender was done dealing with me. Also, keep in mind the margarita flatbread on the menu is $12 but I was told that it 's actually $14 with a $2 discount at happy hour. Also my to go pizza was never cut. See pictures. Also I just want to add about the soup .. another bartender said she completely agreed with me that the first soup was just not up to par with the usual standard of service."

"This is a gem of a restaurant in the heart of Regent Square. The service here is always quick and the food is consistently good. The restaurant itself never seems busy enough to constitute a wait for a table which is nice because you can usually be seated immediately, even on a weekend evening."

"I visited this place last 3 years ago. I should have posted a review then, but today my Facebook memories reminded me of this visit. At the time, I was pregnant with my 3 year old and my husband and I had decided to stop for breakfast before we visited the maternity unit at West Penn. I will never forget this breakfast. It tasted like real home cooked. Like something I remember from when I was growing up. A taste and a place that is true Pittsburgh. Will definitely return soon"

"Came here with family for Winter Restaurant Week. It is definitely a nice quiet spot to get away from all the noise of the casino. The service was excellent and they had a nice selection available for Restaurant Week. The table ordered the salmon tartare as an appetizer, it was spicy but very good. And a good portion size compared to some fine-dining establishments. From the Restaurant Week menu I ordered the spicy sausage scotch egg, filet with polenta, and chocolate mousse bombe. The scotch egg was not very good. It lacked flavor and there was no spice to it at all. I ordered the filet medium-rare and it was done perfectly and tasted great. The polenta was delicious as well, and I usually am not a fan of it. The chocolate mousse bombe hit the spot with extra sweetness. Now I will say my husband ordered a dry-aged NY strip off the regular menu and I was surprised when I tried a few bites how tough his steak was, he had ordered medium-rare as well. After we left he even said he debated sending it back to the kitchen but was so hungry he just wanted to eat and not cause a problem. Andrew's was worth going to with the discount of Restaurant Week, but I don't think it's worth the money in general. I did appreciate the quiet so will definitely make a stop in here for a few drinks when I'm at the casino."
