"Hush puppies r delicious. Blackened redfish was flaky, not overcooked, great flavor, was definitely the best thing on the menu in my opinion. Tea was fresh. Duck strips were ok. Red beans and rice tasted home made, not too spicy, very good. Chicken and sausage gumbo needed more salt. Ranch salad dressing tasted homemade. Not too impressed with coleslaw. Tasted like it was a day over expiration. Price was comparative to other seafood restaurants. Service was great. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Overall wonderful food, great experience. Will definitely go back. I highly recommend giving it a try."

"We have been going to Bayou Delight Restaurant for many years. We have always loved the food and as a bonus they have live Cajun Music on Friday and Saturday nights. We have celebrated many family birthdays and anniversaries over there. Everyone there is like one big family."

"As a steak eater I was not too excited about the prospects of spending months in the seafood part of our country. but while I worked two months in houma at the golf oil spill, I visited a copeland of new orleans. Although I didn't think I could get a good steak in this part of the country, I was wrong. once in the week I treated myself to the best steak in the opposite when served by an extremely personable waitress called brooke is the experience that nobody should miss. To finish dinner, the bananas foster, which was brought to me by sweet and brooke, was for dying. So someone in the area of houma should pay a visit to copeland, ask for brooke and tell her, mr. j. sends her."
