"Brilliant little chicken wire and timber shack 50 yards from the Radisson. Nice selection of Colombian specialities. In the evening, all that's offered are the 'fast food' dishes, but they're cooked right in front of you, the portions are epic, and the beer is served ice cold.Friendly service, and just wonderful. Ate there once as an experiment and went back again."

"Simple Colombian food in Bocagrande main drag. This restaurant offers meat, seafood, soups and pasta, a bit of everything. A terrace compensates for the lack of charm. There are many better places as this one is not even especially affordable."

"Excellent seafood restaurant. Tested the seafood stew containing shrimp, Calamari, Conch, Oktopus and even a half of a small lobster tail for only about 13 USD. This restaurant is located in the Getsemaní neigborhood, which overlooks Cartagena's historic centre and close to Cartagena...Convention Center. The restaurant is usually visited by locals and is humblely decorated, but the food and service are great. Very recommended!"

"A pesar que la comida típica es muy rica, la falta de productos ( no había arepas, palitos de queso )personal ( una sola muchacha entregando, recibiendo dinero y preparando jugos ) lo hacen quedar a uno mal cuando invita a alguien. Además de la preferencia por algunos clientes que no hacen fila y les entregan antes que el que está esperandoSupuestamente es autoservicio pero cuando piden desde una mesa lo dejan de atender a uno en la vitrina para tomar los pedidos es entendible que los productos sean frescos pero no que le digan a uno que las arenas se demoran 15 minutos a la hora del desayuno. Creo que pueden mejorar y poner más empleados"

"We were told by friends of Stefanos. They didn't exaggerate! We were for lunch and dinner. Both were phenomenal! Great team, very attentive and able to speak English. Food was excellent. Not a negative. It is a small place, but it was our best culinary experience in Cartagena."

"On Thursday night at 8:00 with my wife. Can honestly say that the service was terrible, got the menu quickly, but after that we waited age for someone to take the order and then until only the drinks come.... The food when it came was bad. My steak was over boiled (I asked for medium) and had really little taste, my wife was even worse. The supplements and drinks were OK. Do yourself a favor, do not let yourself be fooled by the great view, do not eat here. By far the worst meal in Cartagena and the worst service I ever got in Colombia."

"Out of all of the restaurant options on Avenida San Martin, we were so pleased to find Harvey's. Super-friendly service, openness to adjusting some of the dishes to accommodate the kids, extensive menu and very reasonable prices. The larger outdoor space is fine for late...afternoons/evenings, but they also have smaller, indoor seating with air conditioning. We enjoyed it so much that we went twice during our vacation. While some may find a page menu a bit much, I very much enjoyed having so much flexibility in options, as did my kids. During our first visit, we enjoyed the tostones with guac, arepa with garlic shrimp and my wife enjoyed the fish. On our second trip, the kids enjoyed burgers and I thoroughly enjoyed the sancocho (yes, hot soup in Cartagena). Lunch adults, teens, several beers, appetizers and meals total USD Dinner same group, same drinks and meals total Now, THAT'S A DEAL!"
