"We came here both nights we were in Tulamben. Food was good both times and the portions were generous. We got the pork schnitzel, chicken sate and a local chicken dish. Of the three I think the chicken sate was the best. Nice ambience, just a little down the side street off the main road."

"Very nice cafe. Cheap and tasty. It is cooked with a soul and it is felt. The hostess cooks herself. I wanted to order mango juice, but it was not there. The hostess went to buy it Very welcome. They took french fries, fish in curry and chicken soup. Ate completely. Satisfied We will come again (Original Очень хорошее кафе. Дешево и вкусно. Приготовлено с душой и это чувствуется. Хозяйка сама готовит. Хотела заказать сок манго, но его не было. Хозяйка поехала его покупать Очень радушно. Брали картофель фри, рыбу в карри и суп куриный. Съели полностью. Довольны Придём ещё"

"I never thought I would eat at the same place every day for a month. Though with Ibus Sea View Warung, I did. My favorite dish was the Pepes Ikan. A local dish in the area, but they made it 100 times better than all other places we tried it at. They bbq the fish in banana leafs with traditional spices, the urab (green beans and bean sprouts) was hand sorted to only use the sprouted bean sprouts, such an attention to details! I’m gluten free and after letting them know about this they informed me that they could make the pancakes and spring rolls with rice flour instead of wheat flour. Amazing taste and service! They are located beautifully with a view of Ibus beach and you can see Lombok on the other side of the ocean. It’s around 10 minutes from Amed but it’s definitely worth to go there!"

"One piece of advice if you are called BBQ, offer BBQ on your menu not just have the setting for show; if you mentioned seafood and eat fish yourself in the kitchen, hide at least so that your customers don’t have to think they must be blind by being told there is no fish today."

"Lecker!! Enak sekali!! Während unseres Aufenthalts in Amed waren wir nur im Green Melon Warung essen. Es wird alles frisch gekocht (dauert etwas länger, aber es lohnt sich zu warten) und wir haben nichts gegessen, das nicht köstlich war! Es gibt frischen Fisch, Vegetarisches, Indonesisch, Balinesisch und für die, die es zu sehr vermissen auch Westliches. Auch der sambal matah (Sambal Bali) ist der Beste, den wir in 5x-Bali-Urlaub gegessen haben. Es lohnt sich früh zu kommen, da aktuell nur vier Tische verfügbar sind, es ist aber geplant, dass noch zwei dazu kommen. Auch die einheimische Familie (der Mann bedient und die Frau kocht) sind so nett und immer bemüht, dass alles passt. Wir empfehlen den Warung jederzeit weiter!"
